Contact CardGamesHQ

Send CardGamesHQ clear details about a game problem, rules correction, accessibility issue, privacy question, or other site feedback.

Contact Email

Email is the best way to report an issue because it gives us enough detail to reproduce the problem and compare the written rules with the playable game.

What to Include

Include the page URL, the game name, the device and browser you were using, and a short description of what happened. For a gameplay bug, explain the cards or board state, the action you took, and what you expected the game to do.

Screenshots are helpful when a control is missing, cards overlap, text is cut off, or a result screen is incorrect. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in a support message.

Rules Corrections

Many traditional card games have regional rules and house variations. If the browser game follows a legitimate variation but the page does not explain it clearly, identify the variation and the wording that caused confusion.

If the playable game contradicts the rules stated on its page, report the exact move, score, draw, turn, or end condition. Those conflicts receive priority because the game and its instructions should describe the same ruleset.

Technical and Privacy Questions

For a technical problem, say whether it happens every time or only in a particular game state. Browser version, screen size, and whether the problem continues after starting a new game can narrow the cause quickly.

For privacy requests, identify the question without sending unnecessary personal data. Most game progress and preference data is stored locally in the browser and can be removed by clearing site data on the device.
